Booking and REFUND POLICY

APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS

 

To secure your appointment, a non refundable deposit of 50% of your treatment price is required at the time of booking.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment or session on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

If  you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask

for at least 24 hours notice

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure any future booking.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise.

This deposit simply helps protect appointment times and supports the smooth running of Soul Sanctuary for all clients.

REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable

Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, sessions, workshops or events.

If Step Into Soul needs to cancel an appointment or event, youn will be offered either a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of any payment made.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment to allow yourself the fullest experience possible.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session where necessary, while the full treatment price will still apply.
