Meet Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah.
I’m here to hold space for you to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.
My work is rooted in creating a sense of safety within the body, because from that place, everything begins to shift.
My Journey
My path into this work began through my own personal healing.
I spent many years in a long-term toxic relationship, where I experienced a gradual disconnection from myself, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Over time, I realised I had been abandoning parts of who I was in order to feel accepted and loved.
Leaving that environment marked the beginning of a deep inner journey.
I began to explore self-worth, self-love, and emotional healing in a very real and personal way.
Through this process, I slowly started to reconnect with myself, learning how to listen inwardly, honour my emotions, and create a more supportive relationship with my own body and nervous system.
This experience didn’t just change my life, it shaped the way I now support others.
What I Discovered
One of the most important realisations on my journey was that healing isn’t something we force or “achieve.”
It happens when we feel safe enough to soften.
I learned that the nervous system plays a central role in how we experience life, how we think, feel, respond, and connect.
When the system is overwhelmed or dysregulated, it can feel difficult to rest, regulate emotions, or feel truly at ease within ourselves.
When it is supported and brought into balance, there is more space for clarity, emotional release, and a deeper connection to who we are, and in turn, to others.
This understanding now forms the foundation of my work.
My Approach
The space I hold is gentle, supportive, and non-judgemental.
I don’t believe in forcing change or rushing the process.
Instead, I focus on creating the right conditions for the body and mind to begin settling, so that healing can unfold naturally.
My work blends:
• Nervous system awareness
• Somatic (body-based) practices
• Sound and vibration
• Emotional processing
• Gentle, intuitive guidance
• Reconnection to inner awareness
Each session is guided by what feels safe and appropriate for you in that moment.
My Intent
At the heart of everything I offer is a simple intention:
To support you in feeling safe within yourself again.
Because when you feel safe:
• You begin to soften
• You start to trust yourself
• You respond rather than react
• You reconnect to your inner voice
• You feel more grounded, present, and whole
A Little About Me
Alongside this work, I’m a mum to three teenage daughters, and share my life with a few beloved pets, including our dogs.
My days are rooted in family, and in living at a slower, more intentional pace.
I feel deeply connected to nature, to energy, and to the subtle experiences that often sit just beneath the surface of everyday life.
I love keeping active and have many hobbies: hiking, wild swimming, paddle boarding, yoga, running, dancing, exploring new places, gardening and cooking.
This work isn’t just what I do, it’s how I live, and something I continue to learn from every day.
